Central Pacific Bank – Fraud Analyst

Responsible for evaluating and understanding fraud risk at the Company;  reviewing and analyzing customer transactions as they relate to fraud risk; reviewing the bank’s fraud prevention systems, including but not limited to fraud related to cross-channel, debit card, online banking, bill payment, electronic person to person payment and mobile banking;  and assist in establishing priorities for the bank’s fraud detection and mitigation functions with a focus on mitigating losses, protecting bank assets, and reducing reputation risk.  This individual will also assist in the training, development, and implementation of controls and safeguards consistent with corporate strategic goals.

Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in both loss prevention and risk management. Previous banking experience is preferred. For more information, visit CPB’s website here

Office of the State Auditor – Senior Analyst & Analyst

The Office of the State Auditor is seeking qualified individuals to conduct performance audits and analyses of state agencies and programs, a non-civil service position. Conducts performance audits, studies and program reviews, analyses, and evaluations of state agencies, organizations or programs in subject matters which are diverse and complex.  This may include the review of budget or other financial information related to the audited entity.  Successful candidates will be classified commensurate with experience in one of two position descriptions and specifications: Senior Analyst or Analyst.

Minimum Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required.  A license to practice as a certified public accountant, master’s degree, law degree, or other advanced degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience are preferred for Senior Analyst position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows-based, networked environment and have at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
